Movement authorized by a permit issued under this subchapter may not exceed the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less. A violation of this provision constitutes a moving violation. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 538 (H.B. 1044), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
