Movement authorized by a permit issued under this subchapter may not exceed the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less. Violation of this provision shall constitute a moving violation. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 812 (S.B. 1571), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
