Movement authorized by a permit issued under this subchapter may not exceed the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less. A violation of this provision constitutes a moving violation. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 870 (H.B. 2861), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2015.
