§ 645.004

(a) A person commits an offense if the person fails to:(1) register as required by the unified carrier registration plan and agreement; or(2) submit information and documents as required by the unified carrier registration plan and agreement.(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.(c) Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense under this section.
