The department shall issue a certificate of completion to a person who completes a department-approved motorcycle operator training and safety course conducted by a motorcycle school on receipt of notice from the motorcycle school that conducted the course. The department may develop a process that allows a motorcycle school to issue a certificate of completion to the person. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 595 (S.B. 616), Sec. 8.007, eff.
