(a) An individual who violates Section 680.002 commits an offense.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:(1) a fine not to exceed $200;(2) confinement in county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days; or(3) both the fine and confinement.(c) Each sale of a motorcycle in violation of this subchapter is a separate offense.
