(a) The office of nonresident violator compact administrator is created.(b) The governor shall appoint the compact administrator with the advice and consent of the senate to a two-year term that expires on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.(c) The compact administrator is entitled to compensation and reimbursement for expenses as provided by legislative appropriation.
