(a) The principal office of the commission is in Austin.(b) The office shall be open daily during usual business hours. The office is not required to be open on Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
