A suit for an injunction or a penalty under this title may be brought in:(1) Travis County;(2) a county in which the violation is alleged to have occurred; or(3) a county in which a defendant resides. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
