§ 15.032

(a) A penalty that accrues under this title is cumulative of any other penalty.(b) A suit for the recovery of a penalty does not bar or affect the recovery of any other penalty or bar a criminal prosecution against any person. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
