§ 15.033

A fine or penalty collected under this title, other than a fine or penalty collected in a criminal proceeding or a penalty collected under Section 15.027(a), shall be paid to the commission. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
