(a) An electric utility serving an area exempt from commission regulation is subject to the reporting requirements of this title.(b) A report must be filed with:(1) the governing body of the municipality; and(2) the commission. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
