§ 35.0022

(a) This section applies only to a provider of electric generation service described by Section 35.0021(a).(b) The commission by rule shall require a provider of electric generation service to provide to the independent organization certified under Section 39.151 for the ERCOT power region the reason for each unplanned service interruption. Not later than the third business day after the service is restored, the independent organization shall include the reason for each unplanned service interruption in a publicly available report published on the independent organization's Internet website.
