§ 36.104

(a) For good cause shown, the regulatory authority may allow a rate change, other than a major change, to take effect:(1) before the end of the 35-day period prescribed by Section 36.102; and(2) under conditions the regulatory authority prescribes, subject to suspension as provided by this subchapter.(b) The electric utility shall immediately revise its tariffs to include the change.
