The commission shall hold a regional hearing at an appropriate location in a case in which the commission determines it is in the public interest to hear testimony at a regional hearing for inclusion in the record. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
