§ 36.111

(a) If, after hearing, the regulatory authority finds the rates are unreasonable or in violation of law, the regulatory authority shall:(1) enter an order establishing the rates the electric utility shall charge or apply for the service in question; and(2) serve a copy of the order on the electric utility.(b) The rates established in the order shall be observed thereafter until changed as provided by this title. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997. For expiration of this section, see Subsection (g).
