Fishing in Noyes Pond shall be by fly fishing only. (Flies shall be artificial only.)2. The flies shall be single hook only, and must be either barbless or the barb filed or crimped down. 3. Fishing from the shore of Noyes Pond and its tributaries is prohibited.4. Fishing is permitted only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and one (1) hour after official sunset.
