Unlawful devices for taking fish or wild animals; confiscation; sale Fish, wild animals, and illegal devices for taking fish or wild animals found in the possession of a person in violation of a provision of this part, shall be seized and confiscated in the name of the State and the Commissioner may sell or otherwise dispose of the same as he or she deems for the best interests of the State and for that purpose may order the transportation of the same at any time.
