General penalty Whoever violates or attempts to violate a provision of this part or an order or regulation of the Board or of the Commissioner for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than $1,000.00. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, May 9, 1961; amended 1985, No. 92, § 11.)
