Destruction of State property (a) Whoever intentionally or recklessly damages, injures, interferes with, or destroys any property, real or personal, belonging to or controlled by the State for fish, game, or wildlife purposes shall be fined not more than $2,500.00. (b) A person convicted of intentionally or recklessly damaging, injuring, interfering with, or destroying property belonging to or controlled by the State for fish, game, or wildlife purposes shall, in addition to other penalties provided under this chapter, pay restitution into the Fish and Wildlife Fund to repair or replace the damaged property.
