Connecticut River zone A person holding a New Hampshire hunting license that allows taking of migratory waterfowl may take migratory waterfowl and coots from the Connecticut River zone, as defined by the Board, provided the State of New Hampshire grants the same right to a person holding a Vermont hunting license which allows taking of migratory waterfowl in the Connecticut River.
