§ 5209

Special penalty A breeder selling game procured from lands other than lands covered by a license under section 5207 of this title, or who violates a provision of this part or a regulation issued under the provisions of sections 5207 and 5208 of this title, shall be fined not more than $100.00 and in addition thereto shall be punished as provided for such particular violation.
