Bonds exempt from taxation All bonds issued under this subchapter and the income therefrom shall be exempt from taxation by the State of Vermont and all of its political subdivisions, agencies, or instrumentalities, except that bonds shall not be exempt from inheritance, transfer, and estate taxes or taxes in the nature thereof.
