Purpose The purpose of this subchapter is to provide a mechanism to allocate the costs to mitigate the impacts of land use projects to the transportation system in a manner that is equitable and that supports the planning goals of 24 V.S.A. § 4302. (Added 2013, No. 145 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
