§ 6245

Illegal evictions (a) No park owner may willfully cause, directly or indirectly, the interruption or termination of any utility service to a mobile home except for temporary interruptions for necessary repairs. (b) No park owner may directly or indirectly deny a leaseholder access to and possession of the leaseholder’s leased premises, except through proper judicial process. (c) No park owner may directly or indirectly deny a leaseholder access to and possession of the leaseholder’s mobile home and personal property, except through proper judicial process.
