Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets; leases In the event that real property acquired by the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets is leased to a lessee other than a governmental entity of the State of Vermont, the lessee shall be taxed on the fair market value or the use value under the provisions of 32 V.S.A. chapter 124 of the property by the municipality in which it is located.
