Trade secrets The Secretary shall adopt rules to ensure that trade secrets designated by a generator in all or a portion of the review and plans, and the report required by this subchapter, which are exempt from public inspection and copying under 1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(9), shall be used by the Secretary, the Department, and any authorized representative of the Department only in connection with the responsibilities of the Department pursuant to this subchapter, and otherwise shall be kept confidential.
