Enforcement Any person who violates this chapter or any rule adopted under this chapter or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to enforcement actions under chapters 201 and 211 of this title. (Added 1993, No. 137 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
