§ 7563

Limitations If a federal law or combination of federal laws takes effect that is applicable to all covered electronic devices sold in the United States and establishes a program for the collection and recycling or reuse of covered electronic devices that is applicable to all covered electronic devices, the Agency shall evaluate whether the federal law provides a solution that is equal to or better than the Program established under this chapter. § 7563.
