Workforce education and training; duties of other State agencies, departments, and private partners (a) To ensure the State Workforce Development Board, the Commissioner of Labor, and the Executive Director of the Office of Workforce Strategy and Development are able to fully perform their duties under this chapter, each agency and department within State government, and each person who receives funding from the State, shall comply within a reasonable period of time with a request for data and information made by the Board, the Commissioner, or the Executive Director in furtherance of their duties under this chapter. (b) The Agency of Commerce and Community Development shall coordinate its work in adopting a statewide economic development plan with the activities of the Board, the Commissioner of Labor, and the Executive Director.
