Small equipment for burning waste oil Effective July 1, 1997, the burning of waste oil in small fuel burning equipment described as 'pot burners' or 'vaporizing' burners shall be prohibited, as shall the retail sale of these burners. (Added 1993, No. 219 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
