Subsequent petition may be filed; when After six months shall have expired from the date of entry of a determination by the council that the operation of a proposed district is not administratively practicable and feasible, and denial of a petition pursuant to such determination, subsequent petitions may be filed and action taken thereon in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
