Expenditure for support of the Connecticut Commission The Department of Environmental Conservation shall make an expenditure for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Article VII of the Compact, section 1158 of this title, relating to payment by the State to the Connecticut Commission of the proportionate share of the State in the expenses of said Commission. This expenditure is conditioned upon payment by the other compacting states of their proportionate amounts. (Amended 2011, No. 162 (Adj. Sess.), § E.709.)
