Application for assistance When the voters of the municipality at a duly warned meeting have authorized the proper officials of the municipality to make application to and to enter into a contract with the Department for specific engineering and technical services, the municipality pursuant to a written application to the Department submitted in a form prescribed by the Department may enter into a contract with the Department under this subchapter.
