Income from lease of mountaintop communication sites Annually on or before February 15, the Agency of Natural Resources shall submit a report to the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Energy and the House Committees on Energy and Technology and on Natural Resources, Fish, and Wildlife containing an itemization of the income generated through the end of the previous fiscal year from the use of sites for communication purposes.
