(b) By complying with sections 4143 through 4146 of this title, a domestic limited liability company may convert into a different type of foreign organization if the conversion is authorized by the foreign statute that governs the organization after conversion and the converting organization complies with the statute. (c) By complying with sections 4143 through 4146 of this title, a domestic organization may become a domestic limited liability company. (d) By complying with sections 4143 through 4146 of this title applicable to foreign organizations, a foreign organization that is not a foreign limited liability company may become a domestic limited liability company if the conversion is authorized by the law of the foreign organization’s jurisdiction of formation.
