Annual report An association formed under this subchapter shall prepare and submit at its annual meeting an annual report containing the name of the association, its principal place of business, a general statement of its business operations during the fiscal year, showing the amount of capital stock paid for and the number of stockholders, if a stock association, or the number of members and amount of membership fees received, if a nonstock association, the total expenses of operation, and the amount of its assets and indebtedness or liabilities.
