Review by legislative committee (a) The Legislative Committee on Judicial Rules, by majority vote of the entire Committee, may object to proposed rules or amendments and recommend that the Court or the Commission amend or withdraw the proposal. The Court or the Commission shall be notified promptly of the objections. The Court or the Commission may respond in writing to the Committee. After receipt of a response, the Committee may withdraw or modify its objections. (b) The Committee shall report on each proposal with the Committee’s recommendations annually to the General Assembly on or before January 10. (Added 1981, No. 231 (Adj.
