Continuance of subsequent attachments If attached property is encumbered by a prior attachment, the subsequent attachment shall continue after the removal of the encumbrance for such time as the Supreme Court may by rule provide for the continuance of attachments generally. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 66, eff. March 29, 1972.)

§ 2685.
