Representative to pay on execution if trustee dies after judgment When the person originally summoned as trustee dies after judgment in the original action, his or her executor or administrator shall pay on the execution such sum as he or she would have been required to pay, if the amount for which such deceased person was adjudged trustee had been a legal debt against his or her estate.
