Plaintiff’s remedy when representative does not pay When an executor or administrator does not deliver or pay on execution what he or she is required by the provisions of this chapter to deliver or pay, the plaintiff in the trustee process shall have the same remedy against him or her, or upon his or her administration bond, as the defendant in the trustee process would have had.
