Sale and conveyance The commissioners shall sell the estate agreeably to the order and execute conveyances to the purchaser thereof, which shall be a complete bar against the owners and persons claiming under them. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 152, eff. March 29, 1972.)
