§ 5244

From time to time he or she may bring an action on the judgment against the defendant or his or her representatives and assign other breaches. Thereupon damages shall be assessed and execution shall issue for the same, with costs. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 159, eff. March 29, 1972.)
