S.A. § 51(g) shall be commenced within six years after the cause of action accrues, and not after.(b) The cause of action shall be deemed to accrue as of the date of the recording of a copy of the certificate in the town land records, the date of filing with the Department of Public Service, or the date of occupancy, whichever comes first.
