Denial of petition If a petition for expungement is denied by the court pursuant to this chapter, no further petition shall be brought for at least two years, unless a shorter duration is authorized by the court. (Added 2011, No. 131 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2017, No. 57, § 5.)
