Mistreatment of persons with impaired cognitive function A person who willfully and maliciously teases, plagues, annoys, angers, irritates, maltreats, worries, or excites a person with a developmental or psychiatric disability or impaired cognitive function shall be imprisoned not more than one year or fined not more than $100.00 nor less than $5.00, or both.
