Willful and malicious injuries caused by explosives A person who willfully and maliciously, by the explosion of gunpowder or any other explosive substance, unlawfully destroys or injures a dwelling house, office, shop, or other building, or a ship, vessel, or a dam or reservoir for storing water, shall be imprisoned not more than 20 years or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both.
