(b) A person who violates this section shall:(1) be imprisoned not more than one year or fined not more than $300.00, or both, for a first offense; and (2) be imprisoned not more than two years or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both, for a second or subsequent offense. (Added 2017, No. 44, § 1.)
