Costs on negotiable paper sued in name of trustee A person having a negotiable note or other instrument assigned for collection who prosecutes the same in the name of the assignee and thereupon recovers and takes more costs than would have been recoverable in case the note or other instrument had been sued in the name of the person to whom it was originally given shall be fined $20.00.
