If conduct prohibited by this subchapter is also made unlawful by other law, the offender may be convicted for the violation of this subchapter or of such other law. § 3444. Suspension of other laws All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this subchapter are hereby suspended in their application to any proceedings under this subchapter. If conduct prohibited by this subchapter is also made unlawful by other law, the offender may be convicted for the violation of this subchapter or of such other law.
